To the maximum extent permitted by law, K & L Property Services, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K & L Property Services from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
